1. Data Collection
We collect personal data required to operate the platform. For fans, this includes email addresses to provide receipts and refunds. For Creators, we collect data from your connected accounts to process your payouts. This data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
2. Profile Visibility
If you create a Creator profile, your name, username, bio, and custom price will be publicly visible. FollowerDM connects to social providers (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) to verify identity. We do not post on your behalf, nor do we request permissions beyond basic profile access.
3. Payment Data Policies
All payment processing is handled securely by our industry-leading payment partners. FollowerDM does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers. Your financial data is subject to our payment processor's strict Privacy Policy. When Creators connect their bank accounts, that data remains securely vaulted within our banking partner's encrypted infrastructure.
4. Data Deletion
You may request the deletion of your FollowerDM account at any time by contacting our support. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed, and all pending escrow holds will be canceled and refunded.
