1. Introduction
Welcome to FollowerDM. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using FollowerDM, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. The 48-Hour Refund Policy
When a fan submits a message and payment, the funds are held in escrow. The Creator has exactly 48 hours to reply to the message. If the Creator replies within this timeframe, the transaction is completed. If the Creator fails to reply within 48 hours, the hold on the fan's credit card is automatically released, resulting in a full refund.
3. The 80/20 Revenue Split
FollowerDM charges a platform fee for facilitating the marketplace and escrow services. For every successfully answered message, the Creator receives 80% of the listed price, and FollowerDM retains 20%. Payouts to Creators are handled automatically via our secure payment processor.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the platform to send harassing, threatening, illegal, or explicit content. FollowerDM reserves the right to ban users and withhold payouts for violations of our acceptable use policy.
